• Recovery speed (30%). When a peak call is missed, minutes until that person gets a callback or text. Post-rush batching scores what the aging data says it deserves.
• Recovery persistence (20%). Whether the missed caller who doesn't answer the callback hears from you again — or joins the phone-tag graveyard.
• Channel relief (20%). Whether callers have any path around the flood — online booking, text-us, forms that actually get worked — against what's expected for your practice type.

Self-reported first, measured second

The free score is what you tell us, labeled as that. The $500 discovery measures the flood directly: over five business days we place timed test calls and inquiries INTO your real peak windows — noon, 4pm, Monday morning, per your written permission — and log every outcome: answered or not, rings-to-answer, hold time, what a missed call triggered, recovery lag. Timestamped at the source. You get the measured flood map beside your self-reported one, window by window.

What we don't do

• Test calls are brief and ordinary — the kind your desk already fields hourly — and never book real slots. Every probe is identified to you after the window closes.
• No probes on hours you exclude. Permission is written and explicit.
• No padded findings. "Your desk holds at noon" is a deliverable we're glad to hand you, in writing.
